PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CONSTRUCTION OVERSIGHT
Greenway’s experienced professionals have been involved with numerous construction, renovation and grow-in projects. 
Each time providing the necessary oversight to ensure the project comes in on budget and most often identifying significant savings during the process. All to often Greenway has been asked to review a project after completion only to discover items that were not done correctly or in a way that warrants revisions. Greenway excels at making sure the project is done correctly in the beginning and that it is done cost effectively.
Greenway works in conjunction with the site architect, as we have done recently with Reese Jones on the construction of the new 18-hole Waldorf Astoria Golf Club at the Bonnet Creek Resort in Orlando…. Or if warranted Greenway can provide this service very cost effectively in-house on renovations with our relationship with architect Matt Hansen.
