Given the available resources and property limitations, Greenway’s programs are designed to achieve the following objectives:

- To make golf course maintenance sustainable by establishing an environmental plan that will ultimately use fewer fertilizers, pesticides and water applications.
- To reduce annual golf course maintenance costs while maintaining quality conditions.
- To provide the onsite Superintendent greater resources, programs and efficiencies.
- To provide Clubs/Owners greater control and consistency through professional asset management for the golf course maintenance operations.

Greenway offers three primary services, 1) Greenway Turf Program; 2) Golf Course Maintenance; and 3) Project Management, which includes Construction Oversight, Grow-in & Superintendent placement services.
I. THE GREENWAY TURF PROGRAM
Greenway Golf’s turf management program has been developed to address the specific needs of the various species of turf grass that is used for sports turf in every conceivable climatic condition. The Greenway program uses several principles to ensure that the correct nutritional, cultural and water management practices are being applied that best suites the individual species of turf grass being maintained. This unique turf program is designed to provide the Club Superintendent a turf nutrient program proven to deliver superior turf conditions consistently while significantly reducing chemical and fertilizer costs and increasing root growth on greens.
Supported by comprehensive onsite training program from Greenway Certified Specialists, the Premier Program provides a customized site specific agronomic plan for adapting the Greenway Turf Program. This includes recommended action plans and Greenways successful practices for eliminating undesirable poa and has been utilized at some the world's finest clubs including the famed San Francisco Golf Club.
II. GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE SERVICES
The Greenway Maintenance Programs are ideal for clubs desiring consistently superior turf conditions, long-term consistency and greater control on expenses. To best ensure the maximum benefits and savings associated with the golf course, Greenway offers two maintenance options. They are; 1) Affiliate Management Program and 2) Fixed Fee Partnerships. Serving in this capacity, Greenway can either work with the existing club superintendent, or if necessary, provide interim management and search capabilities for qualified candidates for consideration.
- Affiliate Maintenance Program: On behalf of and at the direction of the club, Greenway advises and supports the Club superintendent on all maintenance programs and practices, including the Greenway Turf Program.
Greenways expanded resources and proven programs allow the superintendent and facility staff to achieve optimal control of the playing surfaces, maximize operating costs and access to innovative agronomy/environmental education programs.
The Affiliate Program provides Club management, owners and board/committee members with professional oversight and expanded agronomy resources to achieve excellent course conditions, greater savings and most importantly; resource solutions to ensure long-term consistency even during times of transition in department managers and committee members.
To date, Greenway has successfully realized sufficient savings for Clubs the Affiliate Program is most often enjoyed at at no additional cost to the maintenance operations. This is achieved with Greenway's programs, efficiencies and national account vendor pricing.
- Fixed Fee Maintenance Partnership: Reduce risk and costs with elimination of employer staffing, liabilities, HR administration and vendor payables while gaining outstanding playing conditions.
This total solution program allows the Club to remain in control of the direction of course maintenance without the daily responsibilities and liability of employing staff or managing HR items, OSHA reporting, accounts payable administration or dealing with vendors. The Club simply writes one check to Greenway each month and Greenway handles everything from there; including vendors and employing all maintenance staff.
In this capacity, the club and Greenway predetermine an annual fixed fee maintenance cost that is suitable to achieve the Club's desired objectives and standards. There forward, Greenway is responsible for managing the costs and employee liability for maintaining the golf course and landscape areas. The club remains in control at all times of the overall direction and standards while Greenway's associates work closely with the club management team and directors to ensure the objectives are achieved. Greenway has successfully assisted its maintenance clients in reducing annual maintenance expenses from a range of $50K to $1 million while improving conditions.
